航海能力認證 Qualification

CNC航海能力認證

本認證依據中華民國港口總工會章程第二章任務第五條第五項規定訂定。

勞動部108年3月11日勞動關字第1080005216號函同意備查。

 

對  象

參加CNC航海能力檢定認證，須己取得交通部航港局遊艇或動力小船駕駛執照者。

 

資  格

具備下列資格得向本會申請航海能力認證證書。

  1. 實際航行浬程符合條件者
  2. 須有本會認定之合格教練簽證

 

認  證

CNC航海能力證明認證方式

  1. 測驗
  2. 審查

    通過CNC航海能力認證者，由本會發給航海能力證明書。

 

CNC航海能力認證分為3、2、1級

  1. 三級船長認證(3級CNC)：需實駕航行300浬航程。
  2. 二級船長認證(2級CNC)：需實駕航行500浬航程。
  3. 一級船長認證(1級CNC)：需實駕航行1,000浬航程。

 

 

Qualification of CNC Certification of Voyage Capability

This Certification is based on the protocol of the training & certification exam of Charter of Harbor General Union of Republic of China, charter 2 mission, section 5, and item 5.

 

Prospective Students

Applicant should have license of yacht or power boat from Maritime Port Bureau. MOTC before attending.

 

Qualification

Applicant could apply certification by follow qualifications:

  1. Meet requirement of voyage mileage.
  2. Have coach license which is issued by Harbor General Union.

 

Verification

Verification processes of CNC Certification of Voyage Capability as follow:

  1. Test
  2. Censorship

    Harbor General Union will issue Certification of Voyage Capability to applicant when passing verification.

 

Here are 3 levels of CNC Certification of Voyage Capability as follow

  1. CNC level 3  should reach accumulated 300 nautical mile of driving yacht.
  2. CNC level 2  should reach accumulated 500 nautical mile of driving yacht.
  3. CNC level 1  should reach accumulated 1000 nautical mile of driving yacht.
